Aditya hails from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He studied at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering. With interests ranging widely from teaching children badminton to working with current trends in technology, his hat is home to many feathers. This youngster has traveled the world representing India in junior badminton championships, winning seven state championship titles, as well as a bronze medal at the 2011 National Games before settling home as Program Director, Badminton Coaching Program, at Tejesh Sports. In 2011, he was ranked 80th in the world in Men’s Singles and India Junior #2.
Apart being an International player, Aditya has vast experiences training under top coaches of India. His love for the sport and the wish to share his insights into developing competitive athletes that perform at the highest level characterizes his teaching. He hopes to inspire the next generation of athletes with his great experience and strories to share. He loves to train others in reaching their sporting talents. His programs are designed to help developing strong badminton fundamentals and providing a platform for talents to grow, and imbue important character and personality to them.
- Ranked No. 2 in India Juniors 2006
- Represented India at the 2006 Junior Asian Badminton Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Represented India at the 2006 Junior World Championships in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Won Silver Medal at the Noumea International Badminton tournament in New Caledonia in July 2009.
- Won double Silver Medals at Mauritius International Championships in March 2010. Won Silver each in the Men’s Singles event and also in the men’s doubles partnering Anthony Raj Aloysius Vijay.
- Won Silver Medal at the fourth Surinam International Cup 2010.
Reached the pre-quarterfinals (round of 16) in Indian Open Grand Prix Gold 2010 Tournament. - Reached the quarterfinals (round of 8) in the Indian Grand Prix Gold 2011.

- The basic level is for students with little or no exposure to badminton.
- At this level students will learn the basics of badminton in a professional and comprehensive manner with fun activities. This session will enable students to develop a love for the sport.
- 2 to 7 hours of badminton training per week, 2 to 5 days a week.
- 1-2 hours of fitness related activities
- This level is for beginner/advanced beginner level of students.
- The students will learn techniques for various badminton shots such as clears, drops, smashes, net shots, lifts, defense and improve on footwork drills. This session will determine whether the student enjoys the game and would like to go to the next levels.
- 4.5 to 7 hours badminton training per week, 3 to 5 days a week.
- 2 hours of fitness training.
- This level is for advanced beginner/intermediate level of students.
- This program is targeted to students who have potential to reach Senior Professional Level and enable them to play at school and regional level.
- 14 hours of badminton training per week, 6 days a week.
- 6 hours of fitness training per week.
- 4 hours of other sports related activities aimed at improving their skills and mental health.
- This level is for advanced level of students.
- This program is targeted to more serious athletes who would like to go that extra mile in order to reach National/International standards.
- 22 hours of badminton training per week, 6 days a week.
- 8 hours of fitness training per week.
- 4 hours of other sports related activities aimed at improving their skills and mental health.
